Our Upfront Plans give you peace of mind… no additional payments for the whole of Year 1. Our Monthly Plan is a monthly subscription and has a minimum term of 12 months. At month 12 you’ll have the option to continue paying on a reduced price.

At month 12 you’ll also have the option to cancel your membership entirely.

Your questions answered

What you get with each plan is exactly the same. We’ve structured our pricing to suit your needs, whether that is upfront to save money, or monthly to spread the cost evenly over the year – it’s up to you.

Yes we do, if you’re not happy with your purchase we’ll refund you in full within 14 days of your first payment date. You will lose access to your test website and if we’ve put the website live for you, we’ll uninstall our template from live too. Please check out our Terms of Service for all the details.

The monthly plan has a minimum of 12 months.

At month 12 you’ll have the option to continue paying on a reduced price  so you don’t lose any access. At month 12 you’ll also have the option to cancel your membership entirely.

If you’re using our included hosting then you’ll need to drop down to our £11 a month hosting only plan or we can move your website to another web host for you. Your website will still be 100% functional.

We have a minimum 12 month commitment across our upfront and monthly plans. If you cancel in this time on a monthly plan without paying for the remainder of the year then your website will be taken offline until the outstanding payments are settled. If you cancel on an upfront plan before the end of the year or cancel any plan from month 12 onwards then your website will be fully operational still. If you’re using our included hosting then you’ll need to drop down to our hosting only plan or we can move your website to another web host for you. You’ll still receive plugin and theme updates.

Yes you have full control over all the images you use and can upload new ones. The page layouts  are there to give you something simple to work from, you can swap out all images and content, delete elements, rearrange elements. You can even create your own new layouts.

There are limits on web hosting capabilities in terms of traffic and spikes which we assess on a case-by-case basis. If we feel that our included web hosting is no longer a good fit for your website we will contact you to offer alternative solutions based on your website file size, performance, CPU and RAM usage.

Our web hosting is powered by 20i. We endeavour to have your website available 24/7 and when downtime for maintenance is necessary we will inform you in advance.

No you don’t have to use our included web hosting. We will set you up on your preferred WordPress compatible web host when you’re ready to go live.

Yes, it is! We offer standard 10GB Mailboxes for our partners for as long as you are using our web hosting. You can connect to these via the web or sync them to your devices.

No you don’t have to use our included email hosting, you can use whatever system you want to host your email mailboxes.

For the first 12 months, we keep your website, plugins or theme up to date. We also offer WordPress Care Plans to take care of all of the above for you, at an additional monthly cost of £49 which you can cancel at any time.
